Level 2 Services

Optimization Fit, Existing Road, Cyclocross, Mountain, OR Recreational Bike: $250*

An in-depth look at your fit needs; we will conduct an interview with you covering your cycling history, goals, any physical limitations, and injury or pain issues, use the GURU DFU to determine necessary, precise changes to your fit, then make those changes to your existing bike. Includes the Saddle Finder service and a good-better-best comparison of possible fits on your bike and sizing on three virtual new bikes from GURU's comprehensive database of bike geometries.

*Additional charges may include a new stem, handlebar, seatpost, saddle, and other parts and labor.

You need: cycling-specific apparel (shorts, jersey, cycling shoes, clipless pedals), road, cyclocross, mountain, or recreational bike.

Estimated time: 1 hour 30 minutes - 2 hours (10-15 minutes of interview, 45-60 minutes of fitting while you ride, 30-60 minutes of parts installation).

Optimization Fit, Existing Triathlon Or Time Trial Bike: $300*

Taking on a triathlon or a time trial event? You need the maximum possible amount of support and comfort in the aero position when you ride; a fit that forces you to rely on the base bar for comfort will be inefficient while riding, and in a triathlon, even worse for you when you get off the bike and begin running. The Optimization Fit begins with an interview to determine your cycling history, goals, physical limitations, and injury and/or pain issues, then leads into the fitting, followed by a report on your best fitting dimensions, then ends with the setup of your current bicycle, optimized to give you the most efficient, supported position possible while in the aerobars. Includes the Saddle Finder service and a good-better-best comparison of possible fits on your bike and sizing on three new bikes from GURU's comprehensive database of bike geometries.

*Additional charges may include a new stem, aerobar, seatpost, saddle, and other parts and labor.

You need: cycling-specific apparel (event-appropriate shorts and jersey or skinsuit, cycling shoes, clipless pedals), triathlon or time trial bike.

Estimated time:  2 hours - 3 hours (10-15 minutes of interview, 45-60 minutes of fitting while you ride, 45-90 minutes of parts installation).
