QuadCycles owner, Rustem Gode, is the former chief mechanic of the Turkish National Cycling team, and does not take bike repair lightly. When your bike needs service, you can rest assured that the expert mechanics at Quad Cycles will get the job done quickly, correctly, and for a fair price.

Labor Rates:

All rates are based on a shop rate of $60 per hour. The minimum service charge is $5.00. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Tune Ups:

Tune Ups include minor truing of wheels; adjustments of bearings, brakes and gears; cleaning frame, lubricate drivetrain and other parts as needed.

• Standard Bicycle: $60.00
• Tandem: $75.00

Overhauls:

Overhauls include complete disassembly of your bike right down to frame; thorough cleaning and inspection of frame; thorough cleaning of drive train; reassembly with new cables and housing, bearings and grease as needed.

Wheels and Hubs:

• Flat Repair: $10.00
• Tubes: $5.00 – $10.00
• True Wheel: $15.00 – $30.00
• Replace Spoke and True Front Wheel: $20.00 – $25.00
• Replace Spoke and True Rear Wheel: $25.00 – $30.00
• Adjust Hub: $10.00 – $20.00
• Glue Tubular (plus glue): $20.00

Wheel Builds:

• Front Wheel $50.00

Hub Overhauls:

Hydraulic Rim & Disc Brakes

• Installation Set-Up & Bleeding – per wheel price $35.00
• Bleeding Only – per wheel price $20.00

Headset & Bottom Bracket:

• Adjust Bottom Bracket or Headset $10.00
• Repack/Replace Bottom Bracket or Headset $20.00 (plus parts)
• Install Fork (includes cutting Steerer Tube) $40.00
• Removal or installation of cups or crown race, in frame only $20.00 apiece
• Removal of seized Bottom Bracket (per hour) $60.00

Bicycle Boxing/Shipping:

• Actual shipping and insurance fees are according to UPS cost calculator. Customer must declare a value for insurance.
• Insurance mandatory on all bikes over $1000 and any travel cases
• Box Bicycle for shipping $50.00
• Processing Fee for UPS Shipping $10.00
• Assemble Bicycle From Box (includes basic tuneup) $75.00
