All events take place at Quad Cycles unless otherwise noted.  You need to sign up only where indicated, otherwise just  come on over.  For additional information, call us at 781-648-5222.

Every Weekend:

Saturdays and Sundays, 9:30 a.m.

Group Rides – Free – meet at Quad, 1043 Mass. Ave., Arlington

Bobby Mac, trainer par excellence, leads a 40-60 mile group ride down the bike path, up through lovely Concord and Carlisle, then home.  Stop for lunch at Fern’s and be back by early to mid-afternoon. All are welcome, nobody’s left behind, we divide into slow, medium and fast groups. Build your cycling skills, meet fellow riders, make new friends, have a great time!

Triathlon Newbie Night – Free

An introduction to the wildly popular up-and-coming sport that has you swimming, biking and running in one event.  Experienced triathletes will give an overview of how to prepare for race day, what to expect on race day, strategy, rules of the sport, “transition 1 and 2″ and tips on equipment and gear. Whether you’re new to triathlons or have tried a few and have some questions, come on by for a lively and informative discussion.
