We offer one of the best purchase guarantees in the business.  If you buy a bike from us and you ride it for up to a month and it’s not the right one for you, return it in good condition and we’ll give you full store credit towards another bike.  Exchanges don’t happen often because we’re very good at matching bikes to people, but our customers appreciate the assurance that they’re not stuck with something that they’re not happy with.  Same policy applies to most everything we sell.
