Rustem Gode, Owner
Rustem has lived bicycles since he was a kid growing up in Turkey. When you want to consult a real cycling expert, he’s your man – and he loves to talk bikes! Read more about Rustem’s fascinating life on the Our Story page.
Bobby Mac, Trainer
Bobby has been with Quad since the beginning, leading charity rides and helping everyone who’s interested in becoming a better cyclist. You can meet him on the free Quad weekend rides, starting at Quad every Saturday and Sunday at 9:30 a.m.

Adam Sacks, Senior Staff
Adam retired from the “real working world” four years ago, and has been a full-time cyclist ever since. No more car for him, he rides all over metro Boston, year-round – defying rain, sleet, snow and errant mail trucks, not to mention dogs, leaf piles and Clif Bars. He teaches our Last Friday Bike Maintenance Classes to rave reviews, is our chief wheel builder, and will be happy to help you with commuting, safe street riding, and many other questions.
Mike Fink, Lead Mechanic
Mike comes to us with years of biking and wrenching experience. He cheerfully takes on any bike maintenance and repair challenges, and makes it possible for Quad to have some of the best turnaround times in the Boston area.
Kyle Amidon, Sales and Repair
Kyle is a once – and maybe future – BMX champion racer. He’s equally at home helping you choose a bike or tuning and fixing it up. A friendlier face would be hard to find!
Emily, Welcome and Checkout
Quad is most fortunate to be Emily’s way-station on her journey to Smith College this fall. She will greet you, bring you your shiny tuned-up bike, collect your money – and you’ll be delighted that she did!
